Dimapur, November 22 (MExN): On the fourth day of the Naga Chef Season-6, Mhomo Ngullie from Dimapur won the Round-4 “My Naga Thali”.
He overcame other five contestants by preparing the following items: Smoked Chicken with Naga basil, pumpkin and runner beans with axone, Naga dal with yam and roselle and chicken liver chutney with raja chilly and naga pepper, a press release from the Media Coordinator stated.
Out of the six contestants, one was eliminated following the judging of My Naga Thali round by Rovi Chase, Joel Basumatari and Alemjungla Jamir.
During the day, chefs from Kohima Exotic School of Cooking also conducted master class for the contestants.
On November 23, the contestants will participate in Round-5 “Naga High Tea”, where the remaining five would prepare dessert, Naga snacks and beverage.
