DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 1 (MExN): The Naga Hoho held its presidential council on August 31 at Hotel Saramati, Dimapur and deliberated on some immediate issues.
The house recommended for the extension of the present tenure of Naga Hoho for another 6 (six) months which would be regularised by the Federal Assembly. It further reaffirmed to support the ongoing political talks for an early political settlement of the Naga issue.
Meanwhile, the meeting also reconstituted the Committee on Naga Political Affairs (CONPA).
