Dimapur, March 2 (MExN): The NPF party has in a press note stated that the fresh mandate will motivate the NPF led DAN government to work with renewed vigour and enthusiasm in the commitment to serve the people, and to work tirelessly to bring accelerated development and economic growth in Nagaland. The press statement issued by NPF Press Secretary, Abu Metha read that as mentioned in their party manifesto, “The Naga political issue is at the top of the NPF agenda and the NPF will continue to play the role of active facilitator in the peace process in order to realise a negotiated solution that is honourable and acceptable to the people.” The report further mentioned that the victory of the NPF is a victory of the people’s voice and it is a vote for peace, development and stability. The NPF party also thanked the electorates of Nagaland for bringing them to success.
