Dr Imliwati Aier, one of the recipients of Super Doctor Award 2023.
Dimapur, July 3 (MExN): During the occasion of National Doctor’s Day (July 1, 2023), the Uttarakhand Government gave recognition of Super Doctor Award to 32 doctors working in different parts of the State for their exemplary dedication in service and outstanding performance in their field of speciality.
An update received here stated that Dr Imliwati Aier, son of P Imna Aier and L Bendangmenla Jamir (Yajang village) was one of the recipients of the award. He is currently working as Senior Consultant and Head of the Department of Critical Care Medicine in Graphic Era Institute of Medical Science at Dehradun.
It stated that Dr Imliwati Aier did his early schooling from Shillong and graduated in MBBS Degree from Kanpur and MD Anaesthesia from SMS Jaipur. He then went into the field of Critical Care Medicine and pursued his Indian Diploma of Critical Care from Artemis Health Institute Delhi. He has been involved in establishment of various Critical Care Department in Hospital such as Nayati Multi-Speciality Hospital Mathura UP, Velmed Hospital Dehradun and was also instrumental in setting up the COVID ICU at Max Hospital, Dehradun during the COVID pandemic.
