Naga wrestling will mark Day 7 of the ongoing 66th Kohima Village Sports Association (KVSA) Meet 2024, hosted by Kohima Village Youth Organization (KVYO), on January 20 from 9:00 am onwards at Kewhimia Ground, Ziekezou.
Cross Country have been scheduled at 12:00 noon. Route of marathon will be TCP Gate-Pezielietsie-High School Junction-New Secretariat-Medical College, Priebagei-Kewhimia Ground, Ziekezou.
Till January 19, T, Khel topped the medal tally with 42 (22 Gold, 12 Silver and 8 Bronze). L. Khel- 37 medals (11 Gold, 18 Silver and 8 Bronze), D. Khel- 21 medals (7 Gold, 8 Silver and 6 Bronze) and P. Khel- 17 medals (6 Gold, 8 Silver and 3 Bronze).
Meanwhile, K Neibou Sekhose, executive member, All India Football Federation and president Nagaland Football Association will be the guest of honour at the closing ceremony at 3:30 pm at Kewhimia Ground, Ziekezou.
66th KVSA Meet 2024 organizing committee convenor Dr Richard Dziivichii will chair the closing ceremony while vote of thanks will be proposed by 66th KVSA Meet 2024 organizing committee secretary Neikehetuo Kire.
