Kohima | March 29 Morung Express News The Governor of PB Acharya in an order on March 28 appointed eleven Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) as Chairmen of the District Planning and Development Boards (DPDBs). According to notification issued by the Commissioner& Secretary, Department of Planning and Coordination Nagaland, their appointments are “with immediate effect” and they are designated as Chairmen of DPDB for 2018-19.
The notification further informed that the “Notification No. PLN-LADP/57/2004 dated 27th and 28th July 2004” will govern the role, functions and responsibilities of the Chairmen as well as the DPDBs.
