DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 6 (MExN): 32 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Nagaland on September 6. Meanwhile 5 new deaths due to the virus were also recorded on the day. The Health Department’s daily bulletin informed that the new cases include 13 from Mokokchung, 10 from Dimapur, 4 from Kohima, 2 each from Mon and Peren, and 1 from Zunheboto. The State’s COVID-19 tally now stands at 30,388. Of this, a total of 28,128 patients have recovered from the virus. The number of active cases in the State is now 712, while the total death toll due to the virus stands at 617. The 5 new deaths reported on Monday include 2 from Dimapur, and 1 each from Kiphire, Kohima and Peren.
