Nagaland Adventures Club installs road signs

In an effort to ease difficulties faced by travellers going towards Manipur due to the landslide at Kisama, the Nagaland Adventures Club (NAC) undertook the initiative of installing 30 road signs today in Kohima.

These signs were placed strategically from Pezielietsie Junction (Tinpatti) to Viswema via Chakhabama to indicate directions to Manipur.

NAC on learning that travellers were getting confuse with the route, initiated a practical solution by enhancing navigation.

The club has also marked directions from Keyake, (BSF Camp) to the New Secretariat via Nagaland Medical College onto NBCC Convention Hall-Nagaland University Junction, Merema - IG Stadium, onto T Khel Model Village Road, down to Dimapur.

A total of 66 km were covered.

NAC President, Burakum Ao stated that the club remains steadfast in its commitment to social service and community welfare, always ready to step forward whenever the need arises.
