The Nagaland Chamber Choir, Joey Woch Music Studio, and Patkai Strings Ensemble presented Gloria by Antonio Vivaldi on May 28 at RCEMPA, Jotsoma, Kohima with Pastor Razo Vasa as the conductor accompanied by Asin Shürhozelie, Vini Chishi and Renthunglo Shitiri as the Soloists.
Gloria, the renowned choral piece of Vivaldi which lasts for 30 minutes, was performed in the concert which featured a 29 voice mixed choir, soloists and chamber orchestra.

The Part I of the concert consisted of chamber music of Mozart, D. Shostakovich, J.S Bach performed by Violinists Louise Shishak, Joey Woch, Zhavi-ü Whuorie, Vikesonuo Pfükha and Mhathung Odyuo, and Pianist Zingrin Shishak.
Antonio Lucio Vivaldi was an Italian Baroque Composer, Virtuoso Violinist, Teacher and Catholic priest. Vivaldi is considered as one of the greatest Baroque composers who composed instrumental concerto. Gloria, his renowned choral piece is presented in twelve varied cantata-like sections which is one of the finest examples of a Baroque Choral and instrumental master work.
