Nagaland’s chief minister Neiphiu Rio today said the state will deliberate on the Forest (Conservation) Amendment Act 2023 in the forthcoming Nagaland Legislative Assembly (NLA) session in Kohima. The second session of the 14th Nagaland Legislative Assembly has been scheduled from September 11. Speaking to media persons on the sideline of an official programme here today, Rio said that the assembly will deliberate and come out with a statement.
