The Nagaland Athletics conducted The Great Hornbill Run at Indira Gandhi Stadium Kohima as part of the Hornbill Festival 2022 on December 5.
In senior Men (10 km), LR Luther bagged the first position while Wede T Mero and Nokching stood 2nd and 3rd position respectively.
Senior (Women) 10 km: 1st: Vekholhiilii, 2nd- Imsubenla; Boys under 16 (2 Km): 1st- Vephuzo Sakhama, 2nd- Lensthong, 3rd- Sarchehol; Girls under 18 (4 Km): 1st- Imtisangla Kangshou, 2nd- Roselin Vaiphei, 3rd- Kenyisenuo; Boys under 18 (6 Km): 1st- A Marikho, 2nd- Keneingutuo, 3rd- Heiyiziebo; Girls under 16 (2 Km): 1st- Khrotshou Tsuhah, 2nd- Lutholu Vezuh, 3rd- Alona Chophi.
The winners were awarded with cash prize.
