Dimapur, June 15 (MExN): Nagaland Bhojpuri Samaj is organizing its 8th felicitation programme for the successful students of HSLC & HSSLC 2018, Post Graduate & Degree who are from the community on June 24 at Holy Cross auditorium, Dimapur.
Renowned Mathematician, Anand Kumar of Super 30 will be the chief guest on the occasion. Super 30 is a highly ambitious and innovative educational program running under the banner of Ramanujan School of Mathematics, mentioned a press release from Nagaland Bhojpuri Samaj Publicity Committee. Founded by Anand Kumar, it hunts for 30 meritorious talents from among the economically backward sections of the society and shapes them for India’s most prestigious institution – the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
All the Bhojpuria students of PG/Degree and Higher Secondary with 75% and above and High School students passed with 80% and above are eligible to be felicitated. They are required to submit their forms along with one passport size colour photo, self-attested photocopy of the Marksheet & Admit Card at the following places: Gupta Fashion, Durga Mandir; Reconnect Plaza, MP Road; Zoom Xerox, Near Commissioner of Police Office; and Uma Xerox, Circular Road, Dimapur.
Only Bhojpuria students from UP, Bihar and Jharkhand, residing in Nagaland are eligible, the press release stated. The last date for submission of forms is June 20. The Samaj has invited members of Bhojpuria community to attend the programme in large numbers.
