Nagaland celebrate Christmas

Marking the birth of baby Jesus the Wokha Town Catholic Youth Association led by its President Mhathung David Patton visited District Hospital Wokha and Morning Star Orphanage Home on December 24. The Association presented Christmas gifts to the patients as well as to the inmates wishing them joyful Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.
Celebrating the birth of Christ, Lotha Baptist Church Diphupar (LBCD) also celebrated Christmas day with joy and merriment. LBCD Christmas celebration 2018 was hosted by Church colony Diphupar comprising of around 70 households. Pastor, LBCD, Limhathung Lotha was the main speaker. Marking the occasion, special numbers were presented by the host group and the church choir. Loyivani Jungi read the scripture while Deacon Tsonsumo Jami invoked God’s blessings. (DIPR Photo)
The Kohima Orphanage and Destitute Home, Kohima celebrated Christmas with the Koinonia Baptist Church, Kohima on December 25.
