DIMAPUR, JUNE 16 (MExN): The Nagaland Government Registered Class 1 Contractors Union (NGRC — 1 CU) has flayed what it termed as the “blanket allegation” made by Dr Dilip Kumar Jaiswal, BJP leader & Member of Bihar Legislative Council during a press conference in Dimapur on June 15. A press release from the union said that the BJP leader had “tarnished the good name of all its union members by labeling them as corruption brokers/addicts, and not being specific, if any.” The union said it is “shocked beyond words that a visiting emissary of the ruling BJP at the centre spewed venom and created much frustration among its members on a supposedly happy occasion.” It condemned the “arrogance, insensitive and unbecoming remarks” of Dr Jaiswal.
