Nagaland Co-operative Bank sign MoU with un-banked blocks

Dimapur, February 19 (MExN): With a view to cater to the credit need of farming community to improve the socio economic condition of the rural people through SGHs ad JLGs in the rural un-banked areas of Nagaland, a MoU was signed between Nagaland State Co-operative Bank, Nagaland Development Outreach and Chakhesang Women Welfare Society.  

Imtilemba Longkumer, Managing Director, NSCB ltd, Rev Amok Noklang, Director, representing Nagaland Development Outreach and Vechulo, executive director, Chakhesang Women Welfare Society signed the MoU on February 19.

Others present during the occasion were Bendangnungsang, GM (Cr), NSCB, AK Deb, GM (A&MIS), NSCB, Pichano Patton, Chief Manager, NACB Ltd Dimapur main Branch and VK Disong, Nodal Officer, FIC NSCB.  

“The Bank is taking up vigorous initiatives to cover all the un-banked blocks of the State as per RBI directives on financial inclusion,” said VK Disong, Nodal Officer (FIC) in a press release.
