Dimapur, November 17 (MExN): 163 new cases were added to Nagaland’s COVID-19 tally on Tuesday taking the total to 10,188.
Peren registered the highest number of cases with 133 new cases while 14 were reported in Dimapur, 12 in Kohima, 3 in Phek and 1 in Tuensang.
According to an update from State Health Minister S Pangnyu Phom, 37 recoveries were also registered on November 17.
As per the State COVID-19 bulletin, the total number of recoveries till date was 8897 while the number of active cases was 1134.
Meanwhile, the number of COVID-19 related deaths in the State is 47 while 6 deaths are under ‘not COVID related’ category. 4 deaths are currently under investigation.
