KOHIMA, MARCH 21 (DIPR): The State Government has exempted the State Police Crime Branch and the State Police Branch under the Government of Nagaland from the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005. Addl. Chief Secretary, Lalthara IAS in a notification stated that information pertaining to the allegations of corruptions and human rights violation shall however not be excluded from the operation of the RTI Act, 2005.
