Kiphire, April 24 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner & District Election Officer Kiphire, Temsuwati Longkumer NCS, has informed the owners/drivers of all the private vehicles under Kiphire District engaged during the conduct of the General Election to Lok Sabha 2024 that hiring/halting charges will be disbursed on April 24 to 26 for private vehicles requisition within Kiphire HQ & Seyochung sub-division at DC & DEO office from 10:00am to 3:00pm. For private vehicles requisition within Pungro sub-division, disbursement will also be held on the same dates/place. Requisition order will be required during the disbursement.
Phek: SDO (C) & Nodal Officer, Transport Management Cell Phek, Tsenthungo E Ngullie, NCS, has informed to all concerned that the hiring charges of private vehicles requisition and utilised for Phek district will be disbursed at DC's office Phek (Transport Cell) from April 23 to 26 during office hour. Therefore, vehicle owners/drivers may collect the same by producing the requisition order and ID card.
Mon: DC & DEO Mon, Ajit Kumar Verma, IAS has informed all the private vehicles engaged for election duty under Mon District, that payment for hiring/halting charges will be released from April 25 to 30. All concerned have been informed to collect dues from the office of the DC & DEO Mon on the above-mentioned dates during office hours by producing Requisition Order and Duty Detailment Order in original without which payment shall not be released.
Longleng: DC & DEO Longleng has informed the owners/drivers of all the vehicles engaged during the conduct of recent election that hiring/halting charges will be disbursed from the office of DC & DEO Longleng on April 25 and 26 during office hours.All concerned are to produce requisition order and vehicles duty detailment order while claiming the payment.
Noklak: DC & DEO Noklak, Arikumba has informed all vehicle owners/drivers whose vehicles have been engaged for polling duty that payment of vehicle hiring/halting charges will be disbursed on April 24 and 25 at the office of the DC & DEO Noklak during office hours. Further, the DC & DEO has requested all concerned to collect it by producing a copy of the requisition order, duty detailment slip signed by the officer in-charge along with vehicle registration ID/proof without which payment will not be entertained.
Chümoukedima: The payment for hiring/halting charges for private vehicles engaged for election duty under Chümoukedima District will be released from the office of the DC & DEO, Chümoukedima during office hours- Auto, Alto, Wagon R on April 26 and 27; Sumo, EecoVan, Force Traveller, Winger on April, 29; and Pick up (T/ Mobile, Yodha, Super Carry) & Bus on April 30. Therefore, all concerned have been informed to collect the dues by producing requisition order and duty detailment order in original without which payment shall not be released.
