Kohima, August 13 (MExN): National Health Mission, Nagaland, Mission Director, Dr Kevichusa Medikhrü, felicitated M/s Ramietech Solutions, Kohima, for their contribution in the form of IT equipments, telecom equipments, software and manpower services, towards setting up of Nagaland COVID-19 Toll Free Helpline Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System at the Directorate of Health & Family Welfare, Kohima (DoHFW).
This was done from their part, keeping in mind the urgent requirement of the Department for setting up of a dedicated helpline to address citizen queries and offer call based services for the benefit of citizens in Nagaland during COVID-19 times, stated a press release.
Their gesture has helped immensely in mitigating the situation that has arisen during this pandemic. The felicitation was held at the office chamber of the Mission Director, DH&FW on August 13 in the presence of Dr Khriezotuo Paphino, Jt Director, DH&FW and M/s Ramietech Solutions was represented by Kanchimong, Manager of the firm.
The firm has also assured the Department of all possible help in the days to come.
