DIMAPUR, MAY 14 (MExN): The Ministry of Rural Development has released Grants-in-aid to Nagaland amounting to Rs. 2.60 crore as third/additional installment of Central assistance to 6 districts for the year 2006-07 and Rs. 99.32 lakh as part of first installment to 3 districts of Nagaland as central assistance for the implementation of the Sampoorna Grameen Rozgar Yojana (SGRY) during the financial year (2007-08). The release is towards plan expenditure and will be utilized for approved items of works subject to the conditions laid down in the SGRY Guidelines. No deviation from the guidelines is permissible.
