2. Principal Secretary / Secretary – Member Joint Secretary (Department of Finance)
3. Secretary/ Joint Secretary – Member (Department of Planning & Co-ordination)
4. A representative of the MOEF&CC – Member Government of India
5. PCCF & HOFF, Nagaland - Member6. PCCF & Chief Wildlife Warden – Member Secretary.
