Kohima, June 21 (MExN): An order was issued by the Department of Personnel & Administration effecting transfer of five IAS officers with immediate effect. The notification issued by the Chief Secretary to the Government of Nagaland, Temjen Toy stated that “in the interest of public service, the Governor of Nagaland is pleased to order transfer and posting.” The officers who have been ordered the transfer and posting are the following: • R. Binchilo Thong, IAS, Addl Chief Secretary & Development Commissioner is transferred and posted as DG, ATI and Addl Chief Secretary (Rural Development). • Dr D. Bhalla, IAS, DG ATI & CRC Nagaland House Delhi is relieved of the charge of DG ATI. • Sentiyanger, IAS, Principal Secretary, Municipal Affairs is transferred and posted as Development Commissioner with additional charge of Municipal Affairs. • L Kire, IFS, Principal Secretary, DUDA, Rural Development, Forests, Environment and Climate Change is relieved of the charge of Forests, Environment and Climate Change and shall hold additional charge of Principal Secretary, Finance and Chief Minister's Office. • Anoop Khinchi, IAS on return from deputation is posted as Additional Secretary, Rural Development.
