Kohima, October 29 (DIPR): A memorandum between the Government of Nagaland and NABARD on 3rd Party Monitoring projects of Additional Central Assistance (ACA) and Special Plan Assistance (SPA) in respect of Nagaland, has been signed on October 29 by Additional Chief Secretary & Development Commissioner, Alemtemshi Jamir, IAS, on behalf of the state government and General Manager of NABARD Dimapur, Dr. U.S. Saha on behalf of NABCONS. The MoU was signed in the official chamber of ACS & Development Commissioner.
