The order for transfer and posting of 45 officers, including present CS notified
Kohima, August 24 (MExN): The Nagaland Government today effected a major reshuffle in the state bureaucracy involving as many as 44 officers, besides the current Chief Secretary and Finance Commissioner, Tali Temjen Toy IAS, who was relieved charge of Chief Secretary with immediate effect.
Additional Chief Secretary, R Binchilo Thong has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary of Nagaland. A notification from the Department of Personal & Administrative Reforms (Personnel ‘A’ Branch) on August 24 informed that the Governor of Nagaland, in the interest of public service, passed the order to transfer and posting of the following IAS/NCS/NSS/Other Officers with immediate effect:
1. I. T. Imkonglemba Ao, IAS, Agricultural Production Commissioner shall hold additional charge of Ten Leader. NEPED.
2. N. Hushili Sema, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary, Vety & All and Women Resource Department is relieved of the charge of Vety & AH. She shall hold additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary, on retirement of Nikhashe Sent, NCS. Commissioner & Secretary, F & CS w.c.f. 31.08. 2018.
3. Motsuthung Lotha. Commissioner & Secretary. Parliamentary Affairs shall hold additional charge of Municipal Affairs Department.
4. Alan Gonmei, IAS, Horticulture is transferred and posted as Secretary. Vety & AH Department.
5. Senti Ao, IAS, Secretary, DUDA is transferred and posted as Secretary, Fisheries Department.
6. T. Mhabemo Yanthan. NCS, Sectary. Toursim & Team Leader, NBHM is relieved of the charge of Team Leader, NBHM.
7. Neposo Theluo, NCS, Secretary RD Department shall hold charge of Rural Development Department till further orders.
8. Kevilenuo Angami, OSD, Planning & Coordination and Evaluation shall hold additional charge of OSD, School Education Department. She is relieved of the charge of Director, Evaluation.
9. K. Libanthung Lotha, NCS, Additional Secretary. Co-operation shall hold additional charge of Team Leader, Nagaland Bamboo Mission.
10. Henkhahao Singson, NCS, Additional Secretary, EF & CC is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Planning & Co-ordination Department with the charge of Director, Evaluation Department.
11. Obangla Jamir, NCS, Additional Secretary. Social Welfare Department is transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, Home Department.
12. lmtirenla Jamir, NCS, Director, YR&S is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, W&H Department.
13. Akumla Chuba, NCS, Joint Secretary, F & SC is transferred and posted as Director, YR&S.
14. Elizabeth Ngully, NCS, Joint Secretary. Tourism (designate) is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Urban Development Department.
15. Kuko Mero, NCS, Joint Secretary, CM Secretariat is transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, Geology & Mining Department.
