KOHIMA, SEPTEMBER 11 (MExN): The Tourism Department, Nagaland, will ink a deal with the Shillong-based Hotel Polo Towers Pvt. Ltd for development of ‘star’ hotels in Dimapur and Kohima. An official circular issued by the Commissioner & Secretary, Tourism, on September 11, informed that a ‘Lease Agreement’ will be signed with the company on September 13 at 5:00 pm, at Hotel Japfü, Kohima. It will be a Public–Private Partnership (PPP) for the development of “4/5 Star or Higher Category Hotels with entertainment and retail facilities at Dimapur Tourist Lodge and at New Minister’s Hill (erstwhile New Millennium), Kohima. It informed all concerned to attend the meeting.
