Kohima, February 18 (MExN): The All Nagaland Hindi Teachers Union (ANHTU), Kohima Unit has appealed to the Education Department and the State Government to release the pending salaries of those Hindi teachers appointed during 2012-15.

The ANHTU Kohima unit in a press release said that the Hindi teachers are been left unpaid since November 2021 completing 3 long months and ending towards the 4th month.

The union urged the concerned department and the State Government to clear the salaries and arrears (November 2021 till now) without any more delay as the teachers solely depends on their salary for their livelihood and to meet both ends for daily needs.
