Dimapur, September 7 (MExN): The Nagaland Indigenous People’s Forum (NIPF) released its constitution during the executive meeting held in Dimapur on September 6. It was released by P Pius Lotha, Advisor and ex-president, NIPF.

NIPF Media Cell in a press release stated that during the meeting, the house had a thorough discussion on the shifting of Dimapur DC office to the new complex. “The house unanimously agreed to stand against the decision to shift the DC office until proper infrastructure and other necessary requirements are made for the convenience of the people since the present shifting has numerous predicaments,” it stated.

‘Looking at the rapid growth of Dimapur,’ the house further suggested that ‘the government should create one DC for the rural areas to be stationed at the new complex for the administrative convenience and for the public.’
