Nagaland logs 15 new COVID-19 cases

Dimapur, February 19 (MExN): Nagaland reported 15 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday, taking the state’s tally to 35,355 while the active caseload declined to 295 with the recovery of 36 patients. According to the health department’s daily health bulletin, seven new cases were detected in Dimapur, four in Mokokchung, and one each in Kohima, Peren and Phek. Of the 36 single-day recoveries, 19 were reported in Dimapur, 10 in Kohima, six in Tuensang and one in Mokokchung. With this, the total number of recoveries has increased to 32,831 and the death toll remained at 749 with no fatalities reported in the last 24 hours.
