Nagaland ministers & advisors meet Kiren Rijiju

Discussion focuses on all round development of State, early political solution

New Delhi, April 23 (MExN): Nagaland State Deputy Chief Minister Y Patton along with his cabinet colleagues and Advisors called on the Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju at his residence in New Delhi on April 23.  

The delegation emphasised on the need to bring all round development with investment in infrastructure and economic growth, especially focussing on the road connectivity in all the major districts of the State, according to a press release from PRO, Nagaland House, New Delhi.  

The team also expressed strong desire of the people of Nagaland for lasting peace and the need to bring an early political solution through the ongoing political dialogue and peace process.  

Rijiju assured to help in all possible ways and means for the interest of Nagaland and North-East Region, the release stated.  

The delegation comprised of Ministers Pangnyu Phom, Paiwang Konyak, Jacob Zhimomi, Kashiho Sangtam, Temjen Imna Along, Advisors Dr. Longrineken, Tovihoto Ayemi, Kazheto Kinimi, Khehovi Yepthomi, and BJP Nagaland president & chairman Nagaland Bamboo Mission Visasolie Lhoungu.
