Nagaland Muaythai team display the medals which they won at the IFMA National Championship was held from August 5 to 7 at Hyderabad.
Dimapur, August 12 (MExN): The 22 member team of All Nagaland Amateur Muaythai Association (ANAMA) led by R Takameren has arrived from the recently concluded IFMA National Championship which was held from August 5 to 7 at Hyderabad. The Nagaland team has returned home with 6 (six) gold, 7 (seven) silver and 2 (Two) bronze medal. The Nagaland Muaythai team was sponsored by Vilelie Khamo. ANAMA general secretary J Botovi Achumi in a press note also mentioned that the chief patron of the Association Temjen Toy, IAS extended untiring effort in bringing up the Association. ANAMA also acknowledged the State Government and department of Youth Resources & Sports for encouraging Naga youngsters in the filed of sports.
