ADC Mkg call town folks for Charity concert
Mokokchung, September 6 (MExN): Additional Deputy Commisioner, Mokokchung W Manpai Konyak has informed that Mokokchung district is organizing a charity concert at Town Hall on September 8 under the tutelage of Mokokchung District Musicians' Association (MDMA) for the victims affected by disasters in Kiphire district. The DC has appealed the people of Mokokchung to come forward and express solidarity to the people of Kiphire district by attending the upcoming concert.
Revision of rates of interest on GPF/CPF/AISPF etc
Kohima, September 6 (MExN): The Additional Chief Secretary & Finance Commissioner, Temjen Toy has informed that the Government of India has recently revised the rates of interest on GPF/CPF/AISPF etc. Consequently, the Government of Nagaland has revised the rates of interest accruing on GPF/CPF/ISPF etc to 7.6% from July 1, 2018 to September 31, 2018.

PHH, AAY food-grains to be released Sept 10
Kohima, September 6 (MExN): The office of the Assistant Director of Food & Civil Supplies, Kohima has informed all the FPS/Village Councils of Kohima Centre that the PHH and AAY food-grains will be released from September 10,10:30 am. The schedule for release of food-grains were notified as follows; Kezocha Circle villages and Meriema, Tsiese Basa & Bawe, Thizama and Rusoma- September 10; Jakha circle villages- September 11; Kohima Sadar and Sechu Circle villages- September 12; and Kohima Town FPS on September 13 and 14. Food & civil supplies Assistant Director Ipetdaung Lungalang has directed all the concerned FPS/village councils to take note of the scheduled dates and collect their respective quota accordingly.
