Street food festival mela in Dimapur

Dimapur, February 12 (MExN): The Urban Development Department in collaboration with FSSAI, Health & Family Welfare Department Nagaland will be organizing a Street Food Festival Mela on Food Safety on February 13, near Hotel Saramati, Super Market, Dimapur. The Nagaland Food Safety Team will be demonstrating how to test food items for the awareness of the public from 9:00 am onwards. On-spot quick test on food items and an instant report will be done on Food Safety on Wheels. Dr K Vikato Kinimi, Chief Medical Officer, Dimapur has requested the public to come and observe the demonstration and learn more about food testing for safe consumption.

KVGOA biennial conference

Kohima, February 12 (MExN): The Kohima Village Gazetted Officers' Association (KVGOA) will be holding its Biennial Conference on February 13 at the Capital Convention Centre (CCC), New Capital Complex, Kohima at 2:30 pm. Declaration of new office bearers of KVGOA for 2019-2022 will be part of the programme. President Er Keviletuo Yiese, in a press release has requested all members to attend the conference positively.

APO meeting

Kohima, February 12 (MExN): The Angami Public Organization (APO) has convened an Executive Council Meeting on February 14, 10:00 am at APO hall, Kohima. APO in a press release has requested all the APO office bearers, executive council members from NAPO, WAPO, SAPO, CPO, AMK, AYO, ASU, ASA and AGOK to attend the meeting.

PHH, AAY foodgrains for Kohima

Kohima, February 12 (MExN): The office of the Assistant Director of Food & Civil Supplies, Kohima has informed all the FPS/Village Councils of Kohima centre that the PHH and AAY food grains will be released from February 13 onwards between 10:30 am to 4:00 pm. For Kezocha circle villages and Meriema, Tsiese Basa & Bawe, Thizama & Rusoma, it will be issued on February 13. Jakha circle villages on February 14, Kohima Sadar and Secu circle villages on February 15 and Kohima town FPS on February 18 and 19. All the concerned FPS/village councils are directed to collect their respective quota accordingly.

NDPP CEB meeting

Dimapur, February 12 (MExN): The Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) has convened a meeting of the Central Executive Board (CEB) on February 16, 11:00 am at the Conference hall, NDPP Central Headquarters, Chümoukedima, Dimapur. Chingwang Konyak, President in a press release has directed all CEB members and Presidents of the Central Frontal Organizations to attend the meeting positively.
