DNNRE executive committee meet extended

Dimapur, February 22 (MExN): The Dimapur Nkonjan Nyiro Range Ekhüng (DNNRE) has informed that the executive committee meeting convened on February 21 has been extended to February 28, 2:00 pm at the residence of its Chairman Chiporao Ngullie, Notun Basti, Dimapur. DNNRE in a press release has requested all the executive committee members, village representatives, bureaucrats, DBs & GBs and the elders of the DNNRE to attend the meeting without fail. The main agenda will be the forthcoming DNNRE general meeting cum election of the new office bearers 2020-2023. It has also asked the village representatives to collect the yearly membership for 2019 & 2020 and submit during the meeting positively.

 

Free Liver health camp in Kohima

Kohima, February 22 (MExN): Free Liver health camp will be held at Oking Hospital & Research Clinic (OHRC), Kohima on February 25 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. A team from Fourtts India is scheduled to conduct free FibroScan at Oking Hospital and Research Clinic, informed a press release from Dr Vikethonyu Kesiezie, Managing Director of OHRC. FibroScan is a specialized ultrasound machine which measures cirrhosis/fibrosis (scarring) and steatosis (fatty change) in the Liver. Two arrested with illegal arms in Dimapur 

DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 22 (MExN): Dimapur Police arrested two persons for illegal possession of arms during two separate incidents on February 19. A press release from the PRO, Dimapur Police informed that one Chumchamo Humtsoe was arrested from Ghorapatti area, Dimapur for illegally possessing two .22 pistols without proper documents. In another incident on the same day, one Kughato Chopy was arrested for possession of an M20 pistol with magazine from Burma Camp, Dimapur. Police said that the arms have been seized and cases have been registered.
