EAC Tuensang notifies on district commendation award
Tuensang, July 11 (MExN): EAC Tuensang, Vikhoto Richa has issued a notification inviting deserving cases for District Commendation Award for Gazetted Officers/Non Gazetted from the concerned district Head of Offices (HoO) for examination and consideration by the District Level Committee (DLC). The award will be given on August 15, 2018.
Tseminyu SDPDB meeting: Members asked to be regular
Tseminyu, July 11 (MExN): Tseminyu sub-division held its monthly Sub-Divisional Planning & Development Board (SDPDB) meeting on July 10 at DBs Customary Court of ADC office.
New Tseminyu ADC, Nokchasashi Ao stressed on the importance of the monthly meetings and requested the members to attend SDPDB meetings sincerely.
MLA R Khing, who chaired the meeting, asked the board to maintain strict attendance in SDPDB meetings and urged the members to attend the meeting regularly.
The agenda for resumption of NST bus service from Tseminyu HQ to Dimapur was discussed in the presence of the concerned departmental officials. In this, Khing informed that he had already taken initiative with the concerned department for resumption of the bus service.
The meeting also deliberated on the proposed plan for 2018 Mini Hornbill Festival in Tseminyu to be culminated with the Golden Jubilee celebration of Tseminyu Town. For this programme, an organising committee was formed with ADC Nokchasashi and SDAO Viwheto Thorie as the Chairman and Member-Secretary respectively.
