Application for IDMI invited from private schools Dimapur, June 29 (MExN): Private schools are invited to apply for assistance under the scheme for Infrastructure Development Private Aided/Unaided Minority Institute (IDMI), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of School Education & Literacy, Government of India. Further information, guidelines/criteria and application forms of this Scheme will be available from the Directorate of school education, Kohima during office hours, stated a press note from the Principal Director of School Education, Smita Sarangi, IAS   NSAP beneficiaries informed Dimapur, June 29 (MExN): All the NSAP beneficiaries are informed that the Indira Gandhi National Old Age Pension Schemes (IGNOAPS), Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Schemes (IGNDPS) and Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Schemes (IGNWPS) Pension been released by the Government for disbursement. Altogether, the current disbursement cover 9 months period – 6 months for 2015-16 and 3 months for 2016-17. The Additional Director, Directorate of Social Welfare Keweu Kenye in a press note further requested the beneficiaries to submit their Aadhaar number and Account number along with other details during payment.   SDO (C) Kohima informs on Aadhaar cards Kohima, June 29 (MExN): SDO (C) Sadar, Kohima, Moakumzuk Tzudir has informed all concerned to collect the Aadhaar Cards of their concerned Village, Ward and Colony under Kohima Sadar from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kohima.   State BJP committee dissolved Dimapur, June 29 (MExN): The BJP Nagaland President Visasolie Lhoungu in consultation with and directive of central leaders, have dissolved non constitutional committees and posts in the party’s organizational set up. Accordingly, the post of Advisor and the party’s Political Affairs Committee hereby stands dissolved with immediate effect from the date of the office order dated June 26, informed a press note from BJP Nagaland General Secretary (Media) Jaangsillung Gonmei.   NAGC 21st triennial conference held Tseminyu, June 29 (MExN): The 21st triennial conference of Nagaland Assemblies of God Council (NAGC) was held at Tseminyu AG Church from June 23 to 25 under the theme ‘Vision 2020’ with Rev. Moses Murry, General Superintendent, AGEI and Rev. Diego Alvarez, Director, Global Calling, Argentina as speakers. The speakers challenged all the pastors to participate in Vision 2020 with fasting, prayer, generous giving and sending workers in order to reach the unreached peoples group. The conference also elected the new Executive Committee of Nagaland Assemblies of God Council for 2017- 2020: Rev. Tusaya Kath - Superintendent, Rev. Zuchamo Shitiri - Asst. Superintendent - Rev. Khriezolie Angami, Secretary, Rev. Vishe Semy - Treasurer.   Training on iron folic supplementation Wokha, June 29 (MExN): One day training for Nodal Teachers of GMS, GHS and GHSS on the weekly iron folic supplementation programme was conducted on June 28 at the conference hall of the CMO’s office, Wokha. Altogether 43 Nodal Teachers attended the training, in which the resource persons were Dr. Kuokholi Savino, MO (MHT) and Dr. Nesapra Kezo, MO (SHP). The inaugural function was chaired by Dr. Enrithung Lotha, CMO Wokha and attended by all the Programme Officers.   New DOME officials seek cooperation Dimapur, June 29 (MExN): The Dimapur Odyuo Motsurui Ekhung (DOME) elected its new team of office bearers on June 24 with Mhonjan Odyuo as Chairman, Nyimathung Odyuo as General Secretary, and R. Nyan Odyuo as Treasurer among other officials. A press release stated that the new team has sought cooperation from the Ekhung members. The new team has vowed to implement strict action against those members who do not comply with the resolutions taken by the Ekhung, the release added.
