JACWR calls meeting Kohima, February 7 (MExN): The Joint Action Committee on Women Reservation (JACWR), comprising NMA, TWO, Watsu Mungdang, ENWO, and NWHD has convened a meeting on February 9 at the HRLN office, near DUDA Guest House, Kohima at 11:00 am. Therefore, all presidents and secretaries of all tribes’ apex women organizations have been requested to attend the said meeting positively.  

Pughoboto SDPDB meet postponed Kohima, February 7 (MExN): The Pughoboto Sub-Division Planning & Development Board (SDPDB) meeting for the month of February which will was scheduled on February 8 has been postponed to February 9. All the members have been requested to take note of the same and attend the meeting.   SAPO convenes emergency meeting Kohima, February 7 (MExN): An emergency meeting of the office bearers of SAPO/ SAYO/ SASA/ SASU/ SAWO/ SAGOK will be held on February 9 at SAPO Hall, Mohonkhola, Kohima at 10: 00 am to discuss some important issues. All the members have been requested to attend the meeting without fail. This was stated in a release issued by Southern Angami Public Organisation (SAPO) president, Dr. Neiketuo Kiso and general secretary, Nosacho Kirha.   Meeting of IRCAs in Nagaland Kohima, February 7 (MExN): All Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MSJE), GoI funded Integrated Rehabilitation Centre for Addicts (IRCAs) in Nagaland have been informed that a meeting will be held on February 9, 11:00 am at the Youth Mission Centre, Kohima to deliberate on the new revised guidelines and funding patterns. WC Humtsoe, VP (NE), FINGO-DAP, in a press release has requested all the functionaries of IRCAs in Nagaland to attend the meeting positively.   Oking Hospital conducts medical camp at Thekrujuma Kohima, February 7 (MExN): Oking Hospital, Kohima led by Dr. Vikethonyu and nine other specialist doctors conducted a medical camp at Thekrujuma village in Kohima district on Saturday. The medical camp carried out minor operations, ultrasound etc. It also extended medicine free of cost to the villagers. This is the second medical camp conducted by Oking Hospital in the village. Meanwhile, the village authority thanked the Oking Hospital and the doctors for their concern and looked forward to more such camps in future too.
