NLSF calls executive meeting
Kohima, February 10 (MExN): Nagaland Law Students’ Federation has convened its executive meeting on February 16, 11:00 am at its office HQ in Kohima. The meeting will mainly discuss the upcoming 7th biennial conference, informed a press release from NLSF general secretary, Khemvu Mekru. All the executive members are asked to attend the meeting compulsorily.
‘No Work No Pay’ imposed in Ralan
Ralan, February 10 (DIPR): To curb the menace of non-attendance in the Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil) Ralan, SDO (C) Ralan, Thungchanbemo Tungoe in a notification imposed the principle of ‘No Work No Pay’ with effect from February 2016. In this connection, he has informed all employees to be regular in their duties.
Secretariat employees reminded on Aadhar
Kohima, February 10 (DIPR): All Class-I, Class-II and Grade III and IV employees in the Nagaland Civil Secretariat have been reminded to submit the Aadhaar Card/Acknowledgement Card to the Home Department (SAB-A) and SAB-B) on or before February 15. This is in continuation to the department’s circular regarding seeding of Aadhaar Card for Biometric attendance system. Salary of employees who do not submit this Aadhaar details to the P&AR/Home department shall be withheld. Biometric Enrollment camp will be held from February 15 to 17 at the Secretariat main door lobby. The launching of Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) shall be launched on February 19 during the AHoDs/HoDs meeting.
NUN supports proposed rally by NNaga-DAO
Kohima, February 10 (MExN): In view of the proposed rally by NNaga-DAO on February 15, Nagaland Users Network appeals to all the district level network and community members to cooperate and participate in the silent protest rally organized by NNaga-DAO. Nagaland Users Network, President, Rokozo in a press release stated that the rally has been call to protest against the state government for hampering the HIV AIDS programme by delaying the HIV AIDS Funds which has compromised the Quality of services and weaken HIV intervention programmes and thereby putting our people’s life at risk. Nagaland Users’ Network also appeals to the state government to take the HIV prevention program on a serious note and consider it also to be a priority which will prevent new infections in the State and HIV related deaths.
