Civic reception for CM on April 28 Dimapur, April 26 (MExN): As per the directive of Naga Hoho, in honour of the Chief Minister of Nagaland TR Zeliang for Life Time Achievement in Transformation at the 6th Global leadership Award, the civic reception will be held on April 28 at 12:30 pm at Dimapur Airport. The Naha Council has informed all the tribal hoho under Dimapur district to arrange at least 100 numbers with respective tribal attire to attend the reception programme at Dimapur Airport by 11:30 am sharp. 80 kgs of contraband Ganja seized Kohima, April 26 (MExN): The Kohima Excise Personnel at Peducha Check Gate detected and seized 80 kgs of contraband Ganja on April 23. The contraband ganja was being smuggled in a private vehicle regd No. NL.08.2524 (Maruti Alto 800). The accused has been identified as Akhali Wetsa, 35 years old. The accused persons have been arrested for violation of NDPS Act '85 and forwarded to Judicial custody along with vehicle No. NL.08 2524 (Maruti Alto 800) and driver Likhowe Letro who is under further investigation. The seized was made under the command of Vipral, Asst. Inspector of Excise, informed Imkong K Jamir, Asst. Commissioner of Excise (Admn), Nagaland.

ANSGFEA Wokha election Dimapur, April 26 (MExN): The Election/selection of new office bearers for all Nagaland State Grade-IV Employees Association (ANSGFA) Wokha Unit (regular employees) will be held on April 28, 11:00 AM at Conference Hall of District Planning Office (Machinery Cell), Wokha. Piawang Konyak inaugurated the Tizit Area Village Guard Barrack near Police Station, Tizit Town on April 23.
