District Planning Machinery informs on convergence fund Kohima, May 23 (DIPR): All the Elected Members of Legislative Assembly under Kohima District have been informed that the Convergence Fund of Rs.70.00/- lakhs towards MGNREGA could not have been materialized due to technical reasons and the fund has been reverted to LADP. In this connection, the concerned Elected MLAs have been requested to prepare schemes not exceeding Rs.10.00/- lakhs each for execution of works within their respective Assembly Constituencies and submit to the DPDB Kohima on or before May 25. It is also informed that a special meeting in regard to the Convergence Fund is being fixed on 27th May 2016 at DPDB’s Conference Hall at 12:30 pm. Therefore all the concerned members of DPDB have been requested to attend the meeting. This was informed by Assistant Development Commissioner, District Planning Machinery, Kohima, Ketoho Luho. HSSLC 2016 result analysis Kohima, May 23 (MExN): The Nagaland Government Higher Secondary School Employees’ Association (NGHSSEA) is organizing a seminar cum HSSLC-2016 result analysis under the theme “Managing Government Higher Secondary Schools for holistic improvement” on May 27, 10:00 am at de Oriental Grand, Kohima. Minister for School Education & SCERT Yitachu will grace the occasion as the chief guest. The Association has requested Additional Director (HOD), School Education, Joint Director, Deputy Director and Assistant Director from Directorate of School Education, all the Deputy District Education Officers, all the Principals and Vice Principals from Government Higher Secondary Schools and two PGTs representatives from each Government Higher Secondary School to attend the seminar positively.
