Transformer damaged at Tsg Tuensang, July 4 (MExN): The consumer affected by the damage of 1.6MVA, 33/11KV power transformer, located at 3rd NAP Check Post, Tuensang town are informed to bear with the inconvenience. Tuensang Electrical Division, Executive Engineer Ahoto Aye informed in a press release that the department is putting all effort to replace the damaged transformed with the higher capacity of 2.5MVA, 33/11KV on or before July 15.   DDLSA Lok Adalat on July 9 Dimapur, July 4 (MExN): Dimapur District Legal Services Authority (DDLSA) is organizing Lok Adalat with regard to electricity/water/telephone/public utility dispute on July 9, at District Court, Dimapur.  The general public as well as the concern departments is invited to settle any dispute, if any during the Lok Adalat. All members are informed to take note of the change of date.   NCRC PR Hill Kohima CYE Bible study held Kohima, July 4 (DIPR): Christian Youth Endeavor NCRC PR Hill, Kohima held one day Bible study at Khadi Nagi resort, Lieva valley, Jotsoma on June 30. Kenipfenuo Rüpevo, Researches Road Board university, Nijmegen Netherland brought message from James 3 and said that tongue is a small part of a body and boasted great things. Out of the same mouth can invoke blessing and cursing but the wisdom from above is pure, peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits without partiality and hypocrisy. The programme was chaired by Avono Yhokha, short speech was given by Adi Sothu Advisor C.Y.E. Speaking on the occasion Murhohu Chotso highlighted the importance of women in a society, for the upliftment of the generation. He also encouraged the women to unite and work for the betterment of the society. The programme was chaired by Zaposhelu Venuh Chairperson PTWWS, while invocation was pronounced by Moze Nyekha, brief history of PTWWS was shared by Neichulou Tsuzu and vote of thanks was tendered by Vekrolu Khamo General Secretary PTWWS and benediction by Veposolu Soho.   RMSATA Tuensang Unit supports Tuensang, July 4 (MExN): The RMSA Teachers Association 2016 Tuensang Unit while supporting the 'ultimatum' served to DoSE by the Nagaland RMSA Teachers Association 2015-16 (Central Forum) for the immediate release of pending salaries of RMSA teachers. The unit affirms that it will fully cooperate to its central body and asserted that the RMSA Tuensang unit is ever ready to take any move as per the direction of its apex body. Further, it stated that the demand of the teachers is quite genuine pertaining to the hardships being faced by us and strongly appeal the concern department to address to our grievances with prompt before the served deadline of the ultimatum.   Tesophenyu Group Public Union informs Kohima, July 4 (MExN): The handing and taking ceremony of Tesophenyu Group Public Union (Central) new executives and office bearers for the tenure 2016-2018 has been convened on July 9, 11 :00 am at Ziphenyu Community Hall. There will be discussion hour after the ceremony.  Meals will be co-hosted by the four village council. All the units, village administrators, leaders of various unions and organisations, outgoing executives and incoming executives are requested to be present for the event.   KLBC Vacation Bible School follow-up prog Kohima, July 4 (DIPR): The Kohima Liangmai Baptist Church Sunday School Department will organize the follow up programme of the Vacation Bible School at their church premises on July 6. The Sunday School Superintendent Talaknaro Newmai stated that the Sunday school children are so enthusiastic to learn many things, and approached the department to extend Vacation Bible School at least to five days which was held from June 14 to 26.   With that eagerness of the children, the department is organizing one day VBS follow up programme for the Kohima Liangmai Sunday school children to develop more experience in Christian faith, and to encourage younger generation to renew their relationship through this follow up programme and thus build their faith stronger and closer to God.  The Sunday school department has requested all the responsible parents to send their children to one day VBS Follow up programme, and the programme will be sponsored by Achakbo Newmai& family.     NBCC Youth Day observed at Zbto Zunheboto, July 4 (DIPR): Department of Youth Ministry, Sumi Baptist Church Zunheboto (SBCZ) has observed NBCC Youth Day on July 3 in all 11 sector prayer fellowship at Zunheboto town under the theme “Abundant Life in Relationship: Youth.” Speaking as speaker at North Point Prayer Fellowship, Asst. Pastor, Kaliho said the purpose of observing Youth Day is to exhibit talent among youths and to let youth have strong relationship with God. Exhorting the congregation that today many young people don't know the existence of parents because of misuse of social media, she encourage youth to have strong relationship with parents  to live a healthy and harmony lives. Toli Chophy, B.D. also spoke on the present youth culture and said Youth are an asset to society. She exhorted the gathering to contribute to the society through activities like Cleanliness drive, charity to Orphanages home, hospital, Churches and to the needy people.  Earlier the program was chaired by Kiyekali Chishi, special presentation by youth fellowship and benediction from Khegholi.     Workshop on disaster management Kohima,. July 4 (DIPR): The Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority, Home Department and the Sustainable Development Forum of Nagaland will be organizing a two day workshop on “Disaster Risk Reduction” on July 7 and 8 at 0900 hours at the Capital Convention Centre. The Chief Minister of Nagaland T.R. Zeliang has consented to grace the opening ceremony as the chief guest
