Naga Hoho appeals Kohima, August 10 (MExN): The Naga Hoho has requested all the tribe hohos to submit their contribution towards construction of the Imkongmeren Memorial Cemetery at Longkhum village before the end of August, 2016. A press release from Naga Hoho Finance Secretary, Riinguto Sechu informed that the Naga Hoho in its 2nd Federal Assembly on October 16, 2015 at Hotel De Oriental Grand, Kohima unanimously resolved to pursue the construction of Imkongmeren Memorial Cemetery and all the federating units (Tribe Hohos) under Naga Hoho are supposed to contribute financially towards the completion of the project. However, the release said, many of the tribe hohos are yet to submit the contribution despite repeated intimation. The Naga Hoho is contemplating to complete the unfinished work at the earliest possible time, the release added.   NSEAOA informs to submit APAR Kohima, August 10 (MExN): Nagaland School Education Administrative Officers’ Association (NSEAOA) President, Y. Khetoshe Yepthomi has requested all officers of School Education (from JEO & AHM) who have not submitted APAR from 2010 onwards to submit the same to the Directorate before August 20 for onward submission to the Government for DPC.   HUDCO Regional Chief meets leaders in Tizit Dimapur, August 10 (DIPR): The Regional Chief of Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO), LM Yanthan accompanied by the AGM (Finance) Dr. S. Deka held a consultative meeting with the Adhoc Town Committee members, public leaders, NGOs, GBs and presidents of the various colonies and wards of Tizit Town on August 5 at the conference hall of ADC Tizit office.  Yanthan advised the people to have a master plan for future development of Tizit Town. He said that being a new urban local body (ULB) with a potential for developing into an industrial town, a road map for Tizit Town is a must. Meanwhile, Dr. S. Deka stated ULBs are self sustaining bodies, hence, streamlining the finances and investment in the right direction will keep the finances of the ULB in right perspective. Both the Regional Chief and the AGM shared in detail HUDCO activities and its functioning, financial management and tapping of revenue generation.  The program was chaired by ADC Tizit, R. Odyuo. He thanked the HUDCO team for organising the consultative meeting stating it will benefit and boost the economy of Tizit Town.
