Department of Post informs
Kohima, January 9 (MExN): Central/State Government Offices/Departments, Schools, Colleges, Organizations etc are informed that due to continuous office closure on account of winter/festive break, huge numbers of letters are lying undelivered at all post offices. The Department of Post, Nagaland in a press release issued by Director of Postal Services has appeal to all such offices/organizations to depute suitable officials to report to Post Offices from time to time during the break period for collection of mails. They are also requested to submit contact numbers (landline and mobile) to the Postmasters concerned so that regular delivery of important letters can be done without delay in the interest of public services.

The programme for the Republic day 2014 will also be chalk out during the meeting. Therefore, all members are requested to attend the meeting without fail.
NAHSSA 17th general conference on Jan 16
Dimapur, January 9 (MExN): The Nagaland Agriculture & Horticulture Sub-Ordinate Service Association (NAHSSA) 17th general conference will be held on January 16 at the Angh House, Agri Expo site, 4th Mile Dimapur. Director of Agriculture will be the chief guest and G Ikuto Zhimomi, Dy Director and Advisor NAHSSA will be the guest of honour. The Association general secretary T Makenlemba Ao in a press release has requested all the members to attend the meeting without fail.
