ANEFWA Wokha general meeting
Wokha, March 18 (MExN): All Nagaland Electricity Field Workers Association (ANEFWA), Wokha unit has informed its members that there will be a general meeting on March 21, 9:00 am at LTC Hall. All members have been requested to attend the meeting without fail, except in cases of fuse call and emergency duty. 

NPF youth meeting on March 19
Dimapur, March 18 (MExN): The NPF Youth Wing Dimapur division has called a meeting of its office bearers on March 19, 10:00 am at the division office. All division office bearers have been informed to attend the said meeting

APTMS raids illegal electrical connection
Dimapur, March 18 (MExN): Anti-Power Theft Mobile Squad (APTMS) checked illegal electrical connection under SDO (E) No.1 Dimapur on March 18, 2014 and caught three consumers using electricity without proper connection. The offences included hooking, motor direct, and meter by-pass, informed a press release issued by Er.Namheu Khate, Sub-Divisional Officer. 

BJP expels member
Dimapur, March 18 (MExN): The Nagaland State BJP Unit has expelled MM Thromwa Konyak from both primary/active membership of the party for a period of six years “for violation and breach of party discipline as per Article XXV of the party constitution.” This was stated in a press release issued by BJP Nagaland office secretary, Lachit Khersa.

CCRC Upper PWD informs
Kohima, Mar 18 (MExN): The Chakhesang Christian Revival Church (CCRC), Upper PWD, Kohima has informed that any letter sent in favour of the CCRC, Upper PWD, Kohima be posted or sent through New Post Box No. 1001. This was stated in a release issued by Senior Pastor Rev. Zhowhuyi Nyekha and Church Secretary Vilhou Koza.

Naga missionaries’ retreat in Nepal
Dimapur, March 18 (MExN): Naga missionaries working in Nepal will be organizing a retreat at Dhulikhel, some distance east of Kathmandu from March 28 to 30. A press release from Co-ordinator Dr. LM Murry informed that this has been made possible through the generosity of well wishers from Nagaland. It will be a time for sharing the experiences of different ministries, it said. Other topics like Refilling, Rejuvenate, and Excel in Christian lives will also be shared by resource persons. 

NSEAOA meeting
Kohima, March 18 (MExN): The Nagaland School Education Administrative Officers’ Association (NSEAOA) has informed all the cadre officers of secondary and elementary school education Nagaland and three District Education Officer’s (DEO) i.e Mon, Kohima and Dimapur and all the Sub Divisional Education Officer’s (SDEO), headmasters, assistant headmasters, junior education officers, area education officers, senior graduate teachers and ANSTA that an emergency meeting will be held on March 21 at Chapel Hall, Government Higher Secondary School Kohima at 11:00 AM. Stating this in a release, NSEAOA vice president R. Ekonthung Lotha has requested all concerned to attend the said meeting positively.

SRSU first executive meeting
Zunheboto, March 18 (MExN): Suruhuto Range Students’ Union (SRSU) has called its first executive meeting for the tenure 2014-16 on March 25, 11:00 am at Duncan Bosti. All executive members have been requested to attend the meeting.
