YUK condoles
Kohima, March 26 (MExN): All the rank and file of Yimkhiung Union Kohima (YUK) has expressed shock over the sudden and untimely demise S Mahching Yimkhiung of Phuvkiu Village. He was an active Executive Member of YUK for the tenure 2022-2025 besides his official designation as MTSI in Nagaland Police posted at DEF Kohima, the union stated in a condolence note. Late Mahching was an honest, sincere and dedicated person in all his assigned responsibilities, it said. YUK has lost a great personality in particular and Yimkhiung people in general whereby a vacuum created by his demise will be difficult to fill up, it added. The office of YUK further conveyed its heartfelt condolences to Tsünung the wife of the deceased and all his near and dear ones in this hour of grief and sorrow.
NPCC condoles demise

Dimapur, March 26 (MExN): Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) expressed its deep shocked and sadness at the untimely demise of Wezote Kreo, PCC Secretary and former Chairperson of Communications Department, NPCC. “A devoted Congressman till his very last breath, he leaves behind a legacy that will continue to enrich the Party for years to come,” the party stated in a press release on Tuesday. The NPCC in respect to the departed offered their sincere condolences to the bereaved family, and pray that the soul of the departed rest in eternal peace. It was announced that the funeral service for late Kreo was held at his native village, Zapami under Phek district.
