Contractors consultative meeting on April 20
Kohima, April 17 (MExN): All interested contractors of Nagaland have been informed that Chief Engineer (R&B) PWD & Empowered Officer, NGRRDA, Nagaland will hold a consultative meeting in regard to implementation of New Technology under PMGSY Scheme. The meeting will be held on April 20 at the Conference Hall, E-in-C at 11:00 am. All concerned have been requested to attend the meeting to clarify any issues/queries they may have regarding implementation of New Technology with special reference to FDR & Soil Stabilisation. This was stated in a press release issued by Chief Engineer (R&B) PWD & Empowered Officer, NGRRDA.
NSCN (IM) condoles
Dimapur, April 17 (MExN): The NSCN (IM) has mourned the demise of M Toshi Lemtur, Steering Committee Executive Member, who breathed his last on April 16, after a prolonged illness. He hailed from Longsa village, Mokokchung under Ao Region and had joined national service in 1993, MIP, NSCN (IM) stated in a press release. “We value his contribution towards the national cause as he served the Naga nation with unwavering spirit till his last breath. The footprints he had left on our nation building will bear everlasting witness to posterity that a great man and a true patriot walked this earth as a soldier of Christ,” it stated in a condolence message.
