GB Union Dimapur to inaugurate new office on Jan 23
DIMAPUR, JANUARY 21 (MExN): The inaugural program of GB Union Dimapur new office cum customary court will be held on January 23 at Zakiesato Colony Dimapur. A press release from the New Building Committee informed that Y Patton, Deputy Chief Minister Nagaland will grace the inaugural program as special guest. It asked all concerned GB members to attend the program without fail.
PCF announces new team for 2024-26
Kohima, January 21 (MExN): The nomination committee of the Phekmi Collegiate Forum (PCF) has announced the new team of PCF for the tenure 2024-26. The new team will be headed by Veshe Chizo as president with vice president- Kho-o H. Keyho, general secretary - Vephiyi Soho, secretaries- Vesanieyi Venuh (Dimapur), Pelesa Keyho (Kohima), Thuputo Venuh (Phek Town), Choniesa Vero (Bible Hill), Muzito Keyho (Surhoba), Sheto Venuh (Phek Basa), Vepo Soho (Phek village), Kuzhochiyi (Tuzatse), Nuvocho Venuh (Kutisu) and Shekhoveto Hoshi (Chosaba), finance secretary- Nukuta Chizo, programme coordinator- Khosepa Vero, statistical secretary- Khrove Hoshi, press secretary- Memusii Rhakho and Kudeshelii Vero and Rachel Keyho as women coordinator. The advisors includes; Vechisa Venuh, Shekhotso Keyho, Vekupa Venuh, Vekhopu Venuh and Kuniesa Vero. The new team has been announced during the 33rd general session of PCF at Phek village on January 18 last.
NNC/FGN monthly meeting on Jan 29
DIMAPUR, JANUARY 21 (MExN): The Naga National Council (NNC) and the Federal Government of Nagaland will hold its monthly meeting on January 29 at 10:00 am at Transit Peace Camp Kohima. A notice from Captain (Retd) Yirie Lungleng, Rali Wali Kilonser, FGN informed that “Naga national affairs and the ongoing situation in Nagaland will be the focus of the meeting.” It asked all NNC/FGN workers to attend the meeting.
