NNC 80th anniversary on Feb 2
DIMAPUR, JANUARY 30 (MExN): The Naga National Council (NNC) and the Federal Government of Nagaland (FGN) will celebrate the 80th anniversary of NNC formation on February 2 at 10:00 am in Chedema Peace Camp, Chedema. A press release informed all to participate in the function. It further informed all Presidents of the Regional Councils, NNC to celebrate the day in their respective regions.
NMDA condoles passing of Suwa Lal Barjatiya
Kohima, January 30 (MExN): The Nagaland Medicine Dealers Association (NMDA) has expressed profound grief over the sudden demise of Suwa Lal Barjatiya, who passed away recently.
Barjatiya was the father of Naresh Jain, Treasurer of the Nagaland Medicine Dealers Association.
In a condolence message, the NMDA stated that the fraternity stands in solemn solidarity with Naresh Jain and his entire family during this difficult period. “In the heart of sorrow, we find the strength of community. We mourn not just the loss of a father, but the passing of a guiding light for the Jain family,” the association said.
The association further extended its deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to find eternal peace. It also prayed that the Almighty grant strength, resilience and courage to Naresh Jain and his loved ones to bear the irreparable loss.
