216 bottles of restricted drugs 
seized from pharmacies in Jalukie

Peren, July 3 (MExN): In a drive carried out jointly by District administration, Police, and Drug control Office Peren in Jalukie town on June 30. A DIPR report stated that a total of 216 bottles of restricted drugs containing Codeine phosphate were seized from three pharmacies which were later closed down. The joint checking is an initiative towards combating the rising cases of drug abuse in the district, it added. 

DC Kohima issues public notice

Kohima, July 3 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner Kohima, Shanavas C IAS, in a notice, informed the villagers and public under Kohima Municipality not to go in and around the Firing Range Kohima Garrison from July 1 to 31 in lieu of the ongoing Test Firing by the 1 (LH) Assam Rifles, Kohima.

TSUD condemn 

Dimapur, July 3 (MExN): The Tenyimi Students' Union Dimapur (TSUD) has vehemently condemned the cowardice act committed by some individuals for impersonating and dragging Minister for Horticulture and Women Resources Development, Salhoutuonuo Kruse in the ongoing Manipur crisis through some social media platforms. TSUD in a condemnation note stated that the union is deeply disturbed and expresses anguish over such malicious acts. It also appealed the concerned authorities to investigate and take sincere actions against the culprits.
