Dimapur Press Club informs on memberships
Dimapur, July 19 (MExN): The application period for new and renewal memberships for the Dimapur Press Club (DPC) is now open. The deadline for submitting the forms is July 31, 2024. Informing this through a press release, DPC also stated that the fee for new registration is Rs 300 and for renewal Rs 250. “Applicants for new registration must have a minimum of two years' experience in the news production process. All eligible media persons are encouraged to join the club. Forms and fees must be submitted on time,” it stated. Forms can be obtained from and submitted to Dilip Sharma, Treasurer, DPC (9436003433), or Asungba Ao (Imrong), Finance Secretary, DPC (9436003130) along with the fee on or before July 31.
DC Peren issues order for release of arms
Peren, July 19 (MExN: Deputy Commissioner, Peren, Vineet Kumar IAS has notified that in view of the successful completion of election to the 18th Lok Sabha and ULB election 2024. Deputy Commissioner, Peren has issued the order for the release of Arms deposited during the 18th Lok Sabha and ULB election to their respective police station with effect from the date of issue of the order.
NLA Committee on Public Undertakings meeting
Kohima, July 19 (MExN): Chairman of the Committee on Public Undertakings, Nagaland Legislative Assembly and Advisor, Imkong L Imchen has convened the Introductory-cum-Adoption Meeting of the Committee for the year 2024-2025 on July 22 at 11:30 am in the Committee Room of the Nagaland Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Kohima. All the Members of the Committee have been requested to make it convenient to attend the meeting on the date and time as aforementioned.
