
DC Chümou informs
Chümoukedima, June 14 (MExN): In regard to the registration of the Chief Minister Health Insurance Scheme (CMHIS) and Card Generation of Pensioners, DC Chümoukedima has informed all the pensioners under the Chümoukedima districts for enrollment in CMHIS. The pensioners can approach the registration center from June 26 to July 7 with PPO parts 1, 2 & 3 (Photocopy) and Birth Certificate & Aadhar card of the applicant and his/her dependents (Photocopy).
KSU to check illegal influx of non locals
Noklak, June 14 (MExN): The Khiamniungan Students’ Union (KSU) has prohibited “non local from door to door hawkers under Khiamniungan jurisdiction” with effect from June 15. KSU in a press release stated that the union is forced to issue such directive to mitigate the alarming illegal influx of non locals at recent days, which threatened the privacy and security of the community. “Some village had given permission to some non-local vendors in their respective village in letter and in spirit. Such permits shall not be entertained and the office shall initiate stem actions against those defaulters,” it stated.
Limanaro Pongen appointed as state chief co-ordinator JBM
Kohima, June 14 (MExN): Dr GV Hari Das, National chairman Jawahar Bal Manch (JBM) department of All India Congress Committee (AICC) has appointed Limanaro Pongen as state chief co-ordinator JBM. Other members appointed as Nagaland State Co-ordination Committee (JBM) included; Inaka H. Yepthomi, Anito M. Assumi, Asevi Anar, Easter Jamir, Kaqheto, Manwon P Konyak, Likhumdong Sangtam, Imtilong Aier, Bendangienla and Inakhu Sukhalu. Meanwhile, the Nagaland Pradesh Congress Committee (NPCC) congratulated the new team and wished them best of luck in their endeavour. This was stated in a release issued by N.Yona Konyak, General Secretary (Admn& Org), NPCC.
Non-judicial stamp papers in stock
Dimapur, June 14 (MExN): The office of Sr Treasury Officer, Dimapur has informed the general public that Rs 20 and above denominations of Non-Judicial Stamp papers are available in the stock which will be in the market through vendors. Therefore, any requirement of Non-Judicial Stamp may be purchase through Vendors, the Sr Treasury Officer stated in a press release. “Further, it is brought to the knowledge of general public to bring to the notice of Treasury office or Police against anyone selling Non-judicial Stamp Papers beyond printed Rate,” it added.
